Attachments

Learn how to add attachments to reservation confirmations and how to configure them for general reservations, accommodations, annual pitches, seasonal pitches, and packages.

You can automatically include attachments with reservation confirmations. Depending on where the attachment is added, it will be sent with all reservations or only with specific accommodations, annual pitches, seasonal pitches, or packages.

General attachments

General attachments are included with all reservation confirmations.

  1. Open the Reservation confirmation tab.

  2. Add new attachments or remove existing attachments under 'Attachments for reservation confirmation email'.

Attachments per accommodation

Would you like to send an attachment only for a specific accommodation? If so, you can add it within the accommodation settings.

  1. Open the settings of the desired accommodation.

  2. Go to the Attachments, conditions and rules tab.

  3. Add the desired attachments under 'Attachments for booking confirmation email and conditions'.

These attachments will only be sent with reservations for the selected accommodation.

Note: Use the Translations button in the top-right corner to add attachments for specific languages.

Attachments per annual pitch, seasonal pitch, or package

You can also link attachments to specific annual pitches, seasonal pitches, or packages.

Go to:

  • Settings > Arrangements and discounts > Annual pitches

  • Settings > Arrangements and discounts > Seasonal pitches

  • Settings > Arrangements and discounts > Packages

Open the desired item.

  1. Go to the Attachments, conditions and rules tab.

  2. Add the attachments under 'Attachments for booking confirmation email and conditions'.

These attachments will only be sent with reservations that use the selected annual pitch, seasonal pitch, or package.

Note: Use the Translations button in the top-right corner to add attachments for specific languages.
