Rate periods and stay durations determine when rates apply and for how many nights they are valid. This allows you to easily charge different prices based on the season and length of stay.
Note: If you modify an existing rate period or stay duration, any linked rates will also be updated automatically. Only make these changes when necessary, preferably outside active booking periods.
Settings up rate periods
Use rate periods when you want to apply different rates, for example for the high and low season.
Click New period or open an existing period by clicking Edit.
On the General tab, enter a description and add a period with the desired start and end dates.
Open the Accommodations tab and select the accommodations to which the period applies.
Click Save changes.
Note: Make sure your periods connect seamlessly. The start date of a new period must be the same as the end date of the previous period.
Setting up length of stay
Stay durations determine the number of nights a rate applies to. You can also specify a fixed arrival day.
Click New length of stay or open an existing stay duration by clicking Edit.
Enter the description, number of nights, and optional arrival day.
Click Save Changes.

Note: If arrivals and departures are only allowed on Mondays and Fridays, the weekly rate will automatically only be available on those days.

With these settings, you can apply different rates for weekend and weekday stays.
