A well-optimized planning board improves performance and provides a clearer overview of your planning. When a large number of accommodations are displayed, this can affect the loading speed of the planning board.
In this article, you'll learn how to hide accommodations from the accommodation overview so that the planning board has less data to load.
When is optimization recommended?
Do you see the following message in our booking system?
'Optimize the planning board by limiting the number of accommodations in the accommodation overview.'
If so, we recommend hiding accommodations that you do not use on a daily basis from the accommodation overview.
Hiding accommodations from the accommodation overview
Follow these steps to remove accommodations from the accommodation overview in the planning board:
Select the accommodations you want to hide from the accommodation overview.
Click the arrow next to Bulk view.
Select Edit selected accommodations.
Click 'Schedule'.
Disable the option 'Visible in accommodation overview planning' and save the changes.
The selected accommodations will now be hidden from the default view of the planning board.
Hiding accommodations does not completely remove them from the planning board. You can still find these accommodations by filtering using accommodation categories, location categories, or location groups.
