Optimize the performance of our booking system

Is our booking system running slower than usual? Follow these steps to improve the performance of your browser and computer.

Our booking system is designed to run quickly and smoothly. If pages load slowly or respond less quickly than expected, the cause is usually related to your browser or computer.

The steps below often help improve performance.

Use Google Chrome

For the best performance, we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome. Regularly check for browser updates and install any available updates.

Check your computer

For the best experience, we recommend using a relatively recent computer or laptop (no more than five years old) with at least:

  • Intel Core i5 (8th generation) or AMD Ryzen 5 (2nd generation), or newer

  • 16 GB of RAM

  • Windows 10 or 11, or macOS 14 or later

If you regularly work with many browser tabs or applications at the same time, additional memory may improve performance.

Disable unnecessary Chrome extensions

Browser extensions can affect Chrome's performance.

  1. Open Google Chrome.

  2. Click the three dots in the top-right corner.

  3. Go to Extensions.

  4. Disable any extensions you don't use.

Check memory usage

Having many applications or browser tabs open at the same time can slow down your computer.

Close any unnecessary programs and browser tabs, then check whether performance improves.

If the issue persists, take a screenshot of the Chrome Task Manager:

  1. Open Google Chrome.

  2. Click the three dots in the top-right corner.

  3. Select More tools.

  4. Click Task Manager.
