Alternative: importing owners using your own file

See which files and data are required to provide owner information for import into our booking system.

Alternatively, you can provide your own files for importing owners. These files can be imported when they are provided exactly in the format specified below.

In most cases, the accommodations and locations also need to be imported. The data must match exactly based on the accommodation title or reference (Stratech ID).

File: AccommodationOwnerStatementSpecification.csv

Provide the following data in the AccommodationOwnerStatementSpecification.csv file:

  • accommodationTitle: must exactly match the accommodation title in our booking system.

  • accommodationUnitNumber: must exactly match the location number in our booking system.

  • ownerStatementSpecificationName: the exact name of the private or business owner.

File: OwnerStatementSpecification.csv

Provide the following data in the OwnerStatementSpecification.csv file:

  • name

  • email

  • address

  • postalCode

  • locality

  • country

  • phoneNumber

  • phoneNumberHome

  • iban

  • locale

  • vatNumber

  • note
