Do you use a channel manager? If so, it is important to connect options and surcharges for each accommodation. This ensures that surcharges received from connected sales channels are processed correctly on reservations in our booking system.
Connect surcharges to an accommodation
Navigate to Settings > Channels > Channel manager.
Select the channel manager for which you want to adjust the surcharges and click Accommodation.
Click Edit next to the connected accommodation.
Open the Options and surcharges tab.
Select the options and surcharges you want to link to the corresponding surcharge from the external platform for this accommodation.
Click Save changes.
Important
Surcharges must not only be connected in our booking system, but must also be configured correctly on the corresponding channel. Only then can surcharges be imported correctly for new reservations.
Only one surcharge can be connected per surcharge type. It is not possible to connect multiple surcharges with different amounts to the same surcharge type.
Does the amount of a surcharge change, for example at the start of a new calendar year? We recommend updating the connected surcharge only when most reservations are being made for the new period.
