The channel manager allows you to connect your accommodations to various sales channels. This ensures that availability, rates, and restrictions are automatically synchronized between our booking system and the connected booking platforms.
The channel manager currently supports connections with:
Booking.com
Traum-Ferienwohnungen
Belvilla
Which booking platform is right for your organization?
Not sure which platform best suits your organization? We are happy to help you make the right choice. Keep in mind that channel manager connections are not included in every license. Please contact your account manager or our support team to verify whether this functionality is included in your license.
Connect to Booking.com
To register with Booking.com, visit join.booking.com and follow the registration process to create a listing.
Important considerations
Create one listing per accommodation type in our booking system, not one listing per individual unit.
For example, if you have an accommodation type called Chalet with five chalets, create one listing and specify that five units of this accommodation type are available. We can then connect all units to that listing.
Activate the connection
Once the listing(s) have been created, contact our support team. We will configure the connection for you. Please also send us an invitation to access the listings. The required steps can be found in the article Grant access to your Booking.com property.
Connect to Traum-Ferienwohnungen
Register via traum-ferienwohnungen.de/vermieten and complete the registration process to create your listings.
Important considerations
Traum-Ferienwohnungen only supports a one-to-one connection. This means that only one accommodation unit can be linked to a listing.
It is not possible to connect multiple units to the same listing.
Activate the connection
Follow the steps in our article Connect to Traum-Ferienwohnungen and then contact our support team to complete the connection.
Connect to Belvilla
Register via partner.belvilla.nl and create your listings.
Important considerations
Create one listing per accommodation type in our booking system, not one listing per individual unit.
For example, if you have five chalets, create one listing and specify that five units are available.
Activate the connection
Once the listings are ready, Belvilla will contact us and provide the required connection codes. We will then configure the connection within our booking system.
Managing channels after activation
Once the connection has been successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation from our support team.
You can then use the channel manager to manage:
Rates
Availability
Restrictions (depending on the capabilities of the platform)
With these connections, your availability and rates remain up to date across all connected sales channels without the need to manually manage each booking platform.
