Use a manual bulk change to quickly update availability, rates, and restrictions for a selected period without editing each day individually.
Start a bulk change
Navigate to Channels in the top menu of our booking system.
Locate the accommodation you want to update.
Click Bulk change next to the accommodation.
Enter the desired date range.
If desired, select the days of the week on which the changes should be applied.
For example, if you only select Friday, the changes will only be applied to all Fridays within the selected date range.
Update availability
To change the availability, enter the maximum number of available accommodations in the Availability field. The channel manager automatically takes existing reservations into account and updates the current availability accordingly.
Update rates
Do you want to make a change in the rates of an accommodation? Under Prices, select the rate you want to update. Enter the new desired price. The new price will be applied to all selected days within the chosen period.
Important: When you update rates using a manual bulk change, the existing prices in the channel manager are overwritten with the amount you enter.
Update restrictions
Some sales channels allow restrictions to be configured per rate. This makes it possible to combine rates with conditions such as a minimum stay or specific arrival days.
Closed: This deactivates a rate for a selected period. You can manage whether the property is open or closed via Availability.
Minimum & maximum number of nights: Set a minimum or maximum number of nights for which a rate is valid, for example, a rate that applies only to stays of at least 7 nights.
Arrival & departure: This allows you to restrict the days on which guests can arrive or depart. If no other rates are available for these days, reservations cannot be made for arrival or departure on those days.
