The channel manager uses different colours to indicate the status of an accommodation. These status indicators allow you to quickly see whether an accommodation is available for booking and whether any action is required.
Below you'll find an explanation of each status colour.
Red: No longer bookable
Meaning: A red status indicates that the accommodation is no longer available for bookings because it is fully booked.
Status: Availability is 0.
Action: No action is required or possible to make the accommodation bookable again for this period. The accommodation is fully occupied.
Yellow: Offline
Meaning: A yellow status indicates that the accommodation is not available online on the selected sales channel. Although the accommodation may still be available, it is not currently offered through the connected channel.
Status: Available is 1 or higher, and Max. online is 0, indicating that the accommodation is physically available but not offered online.
Action: Perform a Bulk change to open availability for the desired period. Once availability has been opened, the accommodation will become available again on the connected sales channel.
Important: A yellow status may also indicate that rates are missing for the selected period. In that case, first make sure that all rates have been configured correctly before opening availability.
Green: Online and bookable
Meaning: A green status indicates that the accommodation is available on the connected sales channel and can be booked by guests.
Status: Available is 1 or higher, and Max. online shows the number of accommodation units available for online bookings.
Action: No action is required. The accommodation is configured correctly and is available for booking through the connected sales channel.
