Grant access to your Booking.com property

Grant us access to your Booking.com property so we can configure the connection with our booking system.

Would you like to connect your Booking.com property to our booking system? Before we can configure the connection, you need to grant us access to your property in the Booking.com Extranet. Follow the steps below to send the invitation.

Important: Always choose Add existing user. An account already exists for the connection. Do not create a new user, as this may delay the connection or cause confusion.

Grant access to your Booking.com property

1. Log in to the Booking.com Extranet

Log in to the Booking.com Extranet using your property's account credentials.

2. Select the correct property

Do you manage multiple properties within one Booking.com account? Select the property you want to connect to our booking system.

If you want to connect multiple properties, repeat these steps for each property.

3. Open Add and manage users

  • Click Account in the top-right corner.

  • Select Create and manage users.

Booking.com may ask you to verify your identity via SMS. Enter the verification code to continue.

Note: The option to add users is only available after your property has been activated. If your property is not yet active, temporarily make it bookable. You can pause it again immediately afterwards.

4. Add the existing user

  • Click Add a user.

  • Select Existing user.

  • Enter the following login name and email: recranet & [email protected]

Important: Enter the username exactly as shown above, using lowercase letters only.

5. Send the invitation

Review the access permissions and click Send invitation. Once the invitation has been sent, we will receive it and accept the request.

Notify our support team

After sending the invitation, contact our support team with the following information:

  • The name of the Booking.com listing.

  • The accommodation in our booking system that should be linked to the listing.

  • Any additional information, such as the rate plans that should be connected.

Once we have received this information, we will begin configuring the connection.
