Do you use the Booking.com connection through the channel manager? In addition to your standard rate, you can also create additional rate plans, such as a non-refundable rate or a rate with different booking conditions.
To ensure that rates, availability, and reservations are synchronized correctly, every new rate plan must be connected to our booking system.
Create a rate plan in Booking.com
Log in to the Booking.com Extranet.
Navigate to Rates & Availability > Rate Plans.
Click Add new rate plan.
Select the desired rate plan type.
Configure the required settings, such as the cancellation policy and any stay restrictions.
Important: During the setup process, you can choose to use an existing rate plan or create a new one. Always select Set up a new rate plan.
If you do not select this option, the rate plan cannot be connected to our booking system. As a result, rates and availability will not be synchronized, and reservations made through this rate plan will not be imported.
Save the rate plan and verify that the Price field displays either Mapped from Recranet or Configured in your calendar. This indicates that the rate plan is ready to be connected.
Connect the rate plan
After creating the rate plan, contact our support team.
Please include the following information:
That you have created a new rate plan in Booking.com.
The desired price difference compared to your standard rate, for example 10% lower or 5% higher.
Our support team will then connect the rate plan to the connection in our booking system.
Once the rate plan has been connected, the rates will be synchronized automatically.
Afterwards, verify that the appropriate restrictions have also been configured and that availability has been opened for the new rate plan, so it is immediately available for booking.
Rates, availability, and reservations will only be synchronized correctly between Booking.com and the channel manager after the rate plan has been connected to our booking system.
