Do you use the Booking.com connection through the channel manager? If so, your nightly rates are automatically synchronized from our booking system.

Discounts configured in our booking system, such as early booking discounts, last-minute discounts, or long-stay discounts, are not automatically synchronized to Booking.com. If you would like to offer promotions to guests booking through Booking.com, you need to configure them directly in the Booking.com Extranet.

Log in to the Booking.com Extranet.

Click Create a new promotion.

Select the type of promotion you want to create.

Configure the settings for the selected promotion.

1. Log in to the Booking.com Extranet.
2. Navigate to Promotions.
3. Click Create a new promotion.
 
 
 
4. Select the type of promotion you want to create.
5. Configure the settings for the selected promotion.
6. Activate the promotion.

Once activated, the promotion will immediately be displayed on your Booking.com listing.

Important: If the promotion you want is not available, please contact Booking.com's customer support to discuss the available options.

Discounts configured in Booking.com are calculated based on the nightly rates that are synchronized from our booking system. 

Discounts created in our booking system are not automatically synchronized to Booking.com.
