Do you use the Booking.com connection? If so, it is important to configure the security settings in the Booking.com Extranet correctly.
This ensures that guests who book through Booking.com can receive emails sent from our booking system and that links included in these messages are not blocked.
Enable two-factor authentication
Before you can configure the security settings, two-factor authentication must be enabled.
Log in to the Booking.com Extranet.
Navigate to Property > Messaging preferences.
Open Security settings.
Follow the steps to enable two-factor authentication.
Allow email addresses
To ensure that emails from our booking system are delivered correctly, add your organization's email address or domain to the list of approved senders.
Log in to the Booking.com Extranet.
Navigate to Property > Messaging preferences.
Open Security settings.
Complete the two-factor authentication process if prompted.
Click Add email address.
Add your organization's email address or domain.
For example: [email protected]
Or the entire domain: @yourcompany.com
Click Add email address to save the changes.
Important: Use the same email address or domain that is configured as the sender for emails from our booking system. You can verify this in our booking system via Settings > Account > Business units.
Allow link domains
Booking.com may block links in messages if the domains have not been approved.
Add the domains that are used in your guest communication.
Log in to the Booking.com Extranet.
Navigate to Property > Messaging preferences.
Open Security settings.
Click under Your approved links on Add link.
Add the required URL or domain.
At a minimum, add the following domains:

Important: Verify that the organization name matches the one configured in our booking system. You can verify this in our booking system via Settings > Account > Business units.
Apply the settings to multiple properties
Do you manage multiple properties in Booking.com? Click Apply to all properties to apply the same security settings to every property at once.
