Do you use the Airbnb connection through the channel manager? If so, only the nightly rates are automatically synchronized to Airbnb.
Discounts configured in our booking system are not automatically synchronized to Airbnb. If you would like to offer discounts to guests booking through Airbnb, we can configure these for you within the Airbnb connection.
Length of stay discount
You can configure a discount based on the length of a guest's stay.
The following stay lengths are supported:
2 nights
3 nights
4 nights
5 nights
6 nights
7 nights
14 nights
21 nights
28 nights
A discount between 1% and 90% can be configured for each stay length.
Early booking discount
An early booking discount rewards guests who book well in advance of their arrival.
The following booking windows are available:
28, 30, 56, 60, 84, 90, 112, 120, 140, 150, 168, 180, 196, 210, 224, 240, 252, 270, 280, 300, 308, 330, 336, or 360 days before arrival.
A discount between 1% and 50% can be configured for each booking window.
Last-minute discount
A last-minute discount rewards guests who book shortly before their arrival.
You can configure a last-minute discount for reservations made between 1 and 28 days before arrival.

Discounts configured in our booking system are not automatically synchronized to Airbnb.
