To connect your Traum-Ferienwohnungen listings to the Channel Manager in our booking system, you first need to adjust a few settings in your Traum-Ferienwohnungen account.
Activate Your Account for Channel Manager Connections
Log in to your Traum-Ferienwohnungen account.
Navigate to your Account settings / Personal details.
Scroll down to the Allow clientapi interface activation section.
Enable this setting.
Click Save to apply the changes.
At the top of the page, next to your username, locate your Customer ID.
Send this unique Customer ID to our support team at [email protected].
Once we have received your Customer ID, we will continue configuring the connection.
