Locked channel manager reservations

Learn why reservations from the channel manager can be locked and why they cannot be moved on the planning board.

Is a reservation locked on the planning board and can't you move it? This means the reservation originated from a connected sales channel and has been locked by the channel manager. As a result, the reservation cannot be moved manually within our booking system.

Why is the reservation locked?

Reservations received through connected sales channels can be locked by the channel manager to ensure that the reservation data remains synchronized between the sales channel and our booking system.

Whether a reservation is locked depends on the capabilities of the connected sales channel. As a result, some channel reservations can be moved while others cannot.

Can a locked reservation be unlocked?

Locked reservations cannot be unlocked manually. However, they can be made editable. To have a reservation made editable, please contact our support team at [email protected].
