Convert a reservation into an option
Have you created a reservation that has not yet been confirmed? Then you can convert it to an option by following these steps:
Open the reservation you want to convert.
Click the dropdown arrow next to the Email button.
Select Convert to option.
Enter the expiration date for the option and choose whether you want to send the draft confirmation. Then click Convert to option.

Adjust the expiration date of an option
You can add or change an expiration date at any time.
Open the optional reservation.
Click the line next to 'Option expiration date', this can be a date or 'none'.
A pop-up window will open, where you can select the date on which the option should expire.
An expired option is automatically removed from your schedule and cannot be reopened. The guest will also receive an automatic email notifying them that the option has expired.
Convert an option into a definitive reservation
Does the guest want to make a confirmed booking? You can easily confirm the option by clicking the Confirm button in the reservation. The option will then be immediately converted to a definitive reservation.
Cancel an option
If you decide not to proceed with an option, you can cancel it in the following ways:
Wait for the option to expire automatically.
Refuse the option using the Refuse button in the reservation, so your schedule is immediately available again for new guests.
Recalculate an option based on new settings and prices
Have you added new prices or settings since the booking was created? If so, you can recalculate the booking before confirming it.
Open the reservation you want to recalculate.
Click the dropdown arrow next to the Email button.
Select Update reservation.
Select the Update and recalculate reservation option to update the reservation based on the new reference date, ensuring that the most current settings are applied.
