Manage guest dashboard settings

Learn how to manage the guest portal settings and choose which features are available to your guests.

The guest portal provides guests with one central place to manage their reservation, update their details, add extras, and view important information.

Using the settings, you can decide which sections are visible and which features guests are allowed to use.

Guest dashboard settings

Go to Settings > Guests > Guest dashboard. Here you can enable or disable the following features.

Guest information

Choose whether guests can update their information in the guest portal. You can allow them to:

  • Edit the primary guest's details.

  • Add or edit additional guests.

  • Manage visitors.

  • Update vehicle registration numbers.

Check in and out

You can allow guests to check themselves in and out through the guest portal.

When this feature is enabled, the check-in or check-out option automatically becomes available as soon as it is allowed. Guests can:

  • Check in from the configured check-in time.

  • Check out once the configured check-out time has been reached.

Add-ons

Allow guests to add extra options and surcharges through the guest portal.

You can also make cancellation insurance available for guests to purchase.

Access management

If you use access control integrations, you can allow guests to view their personal access codes in the guest portal.

Others

Under Others, you can give guests access to additional information, such as:

  • Current electricity, water, and gas consumption.

  • The Wi-Fi details for the booked accommodation.
