Cash drawers allow you to manage cash payments within our booking system. You can create multiple cash drawers for different locations, reception desks, or physical cash registers.
Default dash drawer
Every organization has one cash drawer by default. This cash drawer can be used immediately to register cash transactions.
Creating a cash drawer
Do you use multiple physical cash drawers or work from different locations? Then you can create additional cash drawers.
Click New cash drawer in the top-right corner.
Enter the details of the new cash drawer.
Click Save changes.
When creating a cash drawer, you can specify a standard change amount. This amount is used when counting the cash drawer.
Connecting a receipt printer
It is possible to connect a receipt printer to a cash drawer.

Selecting a cash drawer
When multiple cash drawers are available, each user must select the cash drawer they want to use. This selection is requested daily to ensure that transactions are always assigned to the correct cash drawer.
You can switch to another cash drawer at any time:
Click the money icon in the top-right corner of the system to open the cash drawer selection.
Select the desired cash drawer.
The selected cash drawer will immediately become active for future transactions.
