The cash register reports give you insight into all completed sales. You can search and filter receipts, review product sales, and export results for further analysis.
Viewing receipts
Once a payment has been completed, the receipt is automatically saved. You can access all receipts at any time.
Go to Cash register > Receipts. In this overview, you can:
View all issued receipts, filter by date, filter by cash drawer, filter by payment method.
To view the details of a specific receipt, click the view (eye) icon next to the receipt.
Viewing product results
Would you like to see which products have been sold during a specific period? You can view the product sales report.
Go to Cash register > Results. Here you can view:
Products sold, quantities sold, revenue per product, sales price.
This gives you a clear overview of how your products are performing.
Exporting results
You can easily export the product results. In addition to the sales data, the export also includes the corresponding ledger accounts, making it easy to import the data into your accounting software or financial administration.
Important
Note: the results from the cash register module are not included in the financial reports of our booking system.
This is an intentional design choice to keep your administration clear and organized. Revenue from reservations and revenue from the cash register module are reported separately.
If a discrepancy occurs, you can easily determine where it originated:
Differences related to reservations can be found in the booking system reports.
Differences related to cash register sales can be found in the cash register reports.
Keeping these reports separate makes it much easier to identify and resolve discrepancies.
