With the DYMO integration, you can print labels with guest and booking details directly from our booking system. These labels can be used for guest cards or labels on camping equipment, for example.
The DYMO module is not enabled by default. If you would like to use it, contact [email protected].
Requirements
The integration only works with DYMO LabelWriters. Other brands and types of label printers are not supported. The printer must be connected to the computer on which you use our booking system.
Install the DYMO LabelWriter
Install DYMO Label Software or DYMO Connect via the DYMO download page.
Restart the computer.
Connect the DYMO LabelWriter to the computer.
Our booking system automatically connects to the printer when you print a label.
Print a label with guest information
You can print a label for the main guest or an additional guest from a booking.
Open the booking.
Go to the Guest information tab.
Click Print label for the required guest.
The label contains the guest's first and last name, date of birth, booking number, arrival date and departure date.
Print a label for a booking
You can also print a label with booking information. This can be useful, for example, for camping equipment on a site without fixed pitch numbers.
Open the booking.
Click Check in and out.
Choose the required label:
Print label (guest) for a label that can be given to the guest. It includes check-in and check-out details, the organisation name, booking number and name, and the number of guests.
Print label (internal) for internal use. It includes information such as the organisation name, accommodation and location, booking number, guest name and number of guests.
