The Worldline YOMANI is a payment terminal that can be connected to our booking system. This guide explains how to configure the POS connection and daily totals on the terminal, perform a CTMP request, and then import and configure the terminal in the dashboard.

Configure the POS connection

First, configure the connection to our booking system on the YOMANI terminal.

Press STOP + OK + MENU in sequence.
Select 3 – Terminal Setup.
Select 10 – Next.
Select 9 – Technician only.
Enter the password 1235789 and press OK.
Select 4 – Hardware settings.
Select 9 – ECR Physical Configuration.
Select OK at TCP/IP.
Enter terminal.recranet.com at Hostname. Enter each part of the hostname separately and confirm each part with OK:
- terminal → OK
- recranet → OK
- com → OK
- Leave the final field empty and press OK immediately.
Enter the port assigned to the terminal at Port. Contact support to request the correct port.
Press OK to confirm the port.
Select NO at ECR PROTOCOL SSL.
Press STOP several times to exit the menu.
The terminal will restart automatically and activate the new settings. Wait until READ CARD appears on the display.

The port cannot be chosen freely. Each port is assigned to one specific payment terminal. If you enter the wrong port, the terminal cannot establish a connection and a message indicating that there is no POS connection will appear.

If the terminal is still unable to establish a POS connection after more than five minutes, check the configured hostname and port. Contact [email protected] if the settings appear to be correct but the problem persists.

Configure the daily totals service

To retrieve daily totals, the correct services must be enabled on the YOMANI terminal.

Press STOP + OK + MENU in sequence.
Select 3 – Terminal Setup.
Select 10 – Next.
Select 9 – Technician only.
Enter the password 1235789 and press OK.
Select 10 – Next.
Select 1 – Configuration.
Select 1 – Services.
Select Change.
Check whether Synchronisation service is set to ON. If it is set to OFF, select Change.
Select Next.
Check whether Balance service is set to ON. If it is set to OFF, select Change.
Select OK and then OK again.
Press STOP several times to exit the menu.

Perform a CTMP request

You can perform a CTMP request on the YOMANI terminal through the maintenance menu.

Press STOP + OK + MENU in sequence.
Select 3 – Terminal Setup.
Select 10 – Next.
Select 9 – Technician only.
Enter the password 1235789 and press OK.
Select 5 – Maintenance.
Select 5 – CTMP Request.

Alternatively, use the following key combination:

CORR + OK + STOP + CORR + OK

Import the Worldline YOMANI into our booking system

After setting up the payment terminal, you also need to import and configure it in our booking system.

Go to Settings > Administrative > Payments and click Payment methods next to your payment provider.
Scroll to the 'Terminal payment' payment method and click Add.
Enter a name for the payment method and select the desired general ledger account. You can then save the payment method.
The Terminals button will then appear next to the payment method. Click it.
Click Import terminals.
The terminal details are retrieved automatically. This includes the name, terminal ID, brand, model and port.
Configure the remaining terminal settings.

After importing the terminal, you cannot manually change the terminal ID, port or serial number. These details are populated during the import.

You can configure the following details yourself:

name;
acquirer ID;
cash drawer;
Active;
Kiosk.

For Acquirer ID, you can choose from seven values:

67300110 – Equens CTAP
99900001 – Worldline EUROPE
99900002 – CCVPay
99900003 – Worldline Bancontact
99900005 – EMS FD EUROPE
99900007 – Ingenico
99900008 – MultiSafepay

Worldline payment terminal features

A Worldline terminal supports more terminal functions in our booking system than Mollie and Pay.nl terminals.

With a Worldline terminal, you can use the dashboard to:

process payments;
refund payments;
cancel payments;
retrieve the most recent transaction;
retrieve daily totals;
reset the terminal;
restart the terminal.

With Mollie and Pay.nl terminals, our booking system only supports processing payments.
