With Stripe, guests can pay online during the booking process and through the guest environment. First, connect your Stripe account to our booking system. You can then choose which Stripe payment methods you want to offer your guests.
During payment, guests are redirected to Stripe's secure payment environment.
Which Stripe payment methods can you use?
Stripe supports a wide range of local and international payment methods worldwide. In our booking system, you can offer various Stripe payment methods, including:
iDEAL: allows guests to pay online through their bank and is widely used in the Netherlands.
Bancontact: a widely used electronic payment method in Belgium.
Credit card: allows guests to pay using commonly accepted credit and debit cards.
EPS: allows guests to pay online through their bank and is mainly used in Austria.
P24: an online payment method widely used in Poland.
Klarna: a payment method that allows guests to pay later, among other options.
The payment methods available to you depend on factors such as your Stripe account, your country and the payment methods enabled in your account.
Connect Stripe to our booking system
To offer Stripe payment methods, first connect your Stripe account to our booking system. To do this, you first need a live API key (secret key) from Stripe.
Click Activate next to Stripe.
Enter the API key and save the payment provider.
Once Stripe is connected, you can configure the payment methods you want to offer:
Click Payment methods next to Stripe.
Enable the payment methods you want to offer for online payments.
Save your changes.
The enabled payment methods can then be offered to guests during the online booking process and in the guest environment.
Availability of payment methods
Not every Stripe payment method is automatically available for every account. Check your Stripe account to see which payment methods are available for your organization and the countries in which you operate.
