ST&D integration: set the number of cars per accommodation

Set the number of cars that can access the park per accommodation using the ST&D integration in our booking system.

With the ST&D integration, you can specify how many cars are allowed to access the park for each accommodation. To do this, create a specification and link it to the relevant accommodations.

Set the number of cars per accommodation

  1. Go to Settings > Hardware > ST&D Configurations > Access.

  2. Click Create specification.

  3. Give the specification a recognizable name and enter the desired number of vehicles.

  4. Go to the Conditions tab.

  5. Select 'This specification only applies to reservations with selected accommodations'.

  6. Select the accommodations to which this number of cars should apply.

  7. Save your changes.

The specification will now be applied to reservations for the selected accommodations. This allows you to set a different number of permitted cars for different accommodations.

Configure the maximum number of vehicles for ST&D (MOOV)

To use a maximum number of vehicles, additional configuration is required in ST&D/Nedap.

Note: only make the changes below in consultation with ST&D/MOOV. Making changes without consultation may cause issues with the integration.

For ST&D reference:

  1. Open the Nedap Parking application and log in with an administrator account.

  2. Go to Configuration → Users and check whether the administrator has access to Custom fields.

  3. Go to Configuration → Custom fields and click New category.

  4. Enter Vehicle as the name.

  5. Click Add custom field, enter the required values and click Save.
