The Cancellation insurance report provides an overview of all reservations for which cancellation insurance has been taken out within a specific period.
You can use this report to export the required data and submit it to your cancellation insurance provider.
You can find the report via Reports > Administrative reports > Cancellation Insurance.
Generating the report
Follow the steps below to create and export the report.
Step 1: Filter the required data
Enter the start and end dates for the period you want to process.
Optionally, you can also filter by accommodation, accommodation category or pitch category.
Step 2: View the results
Click View results to generate the report.
The report displays all reservations for which cancellation insurance was purchased within the selected period.
Step 3: Export the report
Click Export to generate the report.
The export file will be added to the download overview, accessible through the cloud icon in the top-right corner of the booking system.
Download the report in .xlsx format from the download overview.
Step 4: Upload the file to your cancellation insurance provider
Upload the exported Excel file to the portal of your cancellation insurance provider.
This provides the insurance provider with all required information for further processing.
