Our booking system offers two revenue reports:
Report | Shows |
Revenue | Total revenue from bookings, including options, surcharges, and security deposits. |
Revenue per location | Revenue from accommodation rates only, broken down by location. |
Revenue
You can find this report via: Reports > Statistics > Revenue. Here you will see a revenue chart displaying revenue by month and year. You can also compare the results with previous years.
What does this chart show?
The total revenue from bookings, including: accommodation rates, options and surcharges and deposits.
Refunded security deposits are automatically removed from the revenue figures.
Optional, open, and rejected bookings are not included. Only confirmed bookings are included, regardless of payment status.
Filters
On the right side of the page, you can apply various filters, such as:
Period, reference date, accommodation or accommodation category, booking status, including / excluding VAT, including / excluding options and surcharges.
This allows you to easily adjust the overview to your specific information needs.
Revenue per location
You can find this report via Reports > Administrative reports > Revenue per location.
This report only shows accommodation rates per location. This means that options, surcharges and deposits are not included.
Use this report when you want to compare the performance of different locations.
