The Locations occupied and Locations available reports provide an instant overview of which units are currently in use and which are available.
These reports are useful for reception, planning, housekeeping, and service teams.
Locations occupied
The Locations occupied report shows all units that currently have guests staying in them. You can find this report via Reports > Overview > Locations occupied.
This report is useful for:
Creating housekeeping schedules
Performing service tasks
Distributing work among team members
Note: Only checked-in reservations are shown. If a reservation has not been checked out yet, it will remain visible in the report until the reservation is checked out.
Locations available
The Locations available report shows all units that are available on the selected date. You can find this report via Reports > Overview > Locations available.
With this report, you can:
Instantly see which units are available
Quickly create a new reservation
View availability for today and upcoming days
