The Occupancy rate report provides insight into the occupancy of your accommodations during a selected period. The report helps you analyse trends, identify seasonal influences, and better evaluate the performance of your accommodation offering.
You can find this overview via Reports > Statistics > Occupancy rate.
Setting filters
On the right-hand side of the screen, you can use various filters to retrieve the desired data.
Available filters include:
Years
Month
Accommodation category
Location category
Accommodation
Accommodation status
Blocked accommodations
Adjust the filters to view occupancy data for a specific period or accommodation group.
You can also compare different months or years to identify occupancy trends. Use the report to analyse peak and off-peak seasons, or combine the results with other statistical reports for a more complete insight into the performance of your accommodations.
