With the night register, you get an up-to-date overview of all guests who are currently checked in.
This overview is useful for attendance registration, safety checks, and keeping track of who is staying at your accommodation.
You can find this report via: Reports > Administrative reports > Night register.
What does the night register show?
The night register only displays checked-in guests. Reservations that have not yet been checked in are therefore not included in this report.
It provides an up-to-date overview of:
All guests currently present, their stay period, their assigned units and any additional information
Automatic check-in and check-out
To ensure that the night register is always up to date, you can have our booking system automatically check reservations in and out.
Set up automatic check-in and check-out
Open the Other tab.
Enable 'Automatically check in and/or out reservations without check-in and/or check-out after the departure day.'
Note: Automatic processing only starts during the night after activation. As a result, the night register will not be updated automatically during the first night.
