Once you have exported a reservation overview to Excel, you can further filter and analyse the data. This makes it easier to gain insight into specific guest groups, reservations, or extras.
Using Filters in Excel
Open the exported Excel file and enable the filter function if necessary.
Select the top row containing the column headers.
Click Filter in Excel.
Use the arrows next to the column headers to make your desired selection.

Using Excel filters, you can easily gain insight into specific data, such as reservations with a particular option or surcharge.
You can also combine multiple filters at the same time. For example, you can display all guests from a specific country who booked a particular package or selected a specific surcharge.
This allows you to use the export for analysis, marketing campaigns, operational tasks, or reporting purposes.
