Blocks are used to temporarily make a unit unavailable for reservations. Sometimes you may need to modify an existing block, for example when the blocked period changes or maintenance is completed earlier than expected.
In this article, you'll learn how to edit or remove a block through the planning board in our booking system.
Edit a block
Step 1: Open the planning board
Navigate to Planning in the menu to view all reservations and blocks.
Step 2: Select the block
Locate the block in the planning board and click on it. A side panel will appear on the right side of the screen showing the details of the selected block:

End date
Reason
Source
Notes
Remove a block
Would you like to remove the block completely? Open the block in the planning board and click Delete in the side panel.
The block will be removed from the planning board immediately, and the unit will become available for reservations again.
