Colors in the planning board

View the meaning of all colors in the planning board. Each color represents the status of a reservation, allowing you to see occupancy and payment status at a glance.

The planning board provides an overview of all reservations within our booking system. Each reservation is displayed with a color that represents its current status.

Thanks to this color coding, you can instantly see whether a reservation is still pending, partially paid, checked in, or already checked out.

Color codes and their meaning

The color of a reservation indicates its current status.

  • Blue: A pending reservation that has not yet been confirmed.

  • Orange: A reservation with no payment received yet.

  • Blue/green: A reservation for which a deposit has been paid.

  • Green: A reservation that has been fully paid.

  • Red: A reservation with an overpayment.

  • Light green: A reservation where the guests have checked in.

  • Black: A reservation where the guests have checked out.

  • Striped: The stripes indicate that the reservation is a group reservation. The color still represents the reservation status as described above.

  • Dark Corners: A reservation with an early check-in (left corner) or a late check-out (right corner).
