With manual options and surcharges, you can easily add custom pricing agreements to a reservation. This is useful when you want to charge additional costs that are not included in the standard reservation setup.
You can add both a surcharge per night and a one-time surcharge per stay.
Add a manual option or surcharge per night
Follow the steps below to add an option or surcharge per night to a reservation:
In the reservation, click Edit at the top and select Options and surcharges.
Use the input field under the 'Options and surcharges' section to enter the surcharge and price per night.
Click Add.
After adding the surcharge, you can use the edit icon (pencil icon) to adjust the VAT rate or change the ledger account.
Add a single option or surcharge
Would you like to add a surcharge that is charged only once per stay? Follow these steps:
In the reservation, click Edit at the top and select Options and surcharges.
Use the input field under the 'Single options and surcharges' section to enter the surcharge and price.
Click Add.
Here as well, you can use the edit icon (pencil icon) after adding the surcharge to adjust the VAT rate or change the ledger account.
Overview of manual options and surcharges
Would you like to view an overview of all manually added options and surcharges? Go to Administration > Reservations > Options and surcharges (manual).
From this overview, you can also adjust VAT rates or change ledger accounts if needed.
