You can easily select a different rate group for a reservation or assign a rate group if none has been set yet. This can be done directly from the reservation card.
Change a rate group
Open the relevant reservation.
In the reservation details at the top of the reservation card, locate the 'Rate group' field.
Click the current rate group or the dash (-) if no rate group has been selected yet.
A window will open displaying the available rate groups. Select the desired rate group.
The change will be saved directly to the reservation.
Important information: only available rate groups are displayed.
