It is possible to change both the accommodation and the location of a reservation. Depending on what you want to modify, you can do this directly from the reservation.
Change an accommodation or location
Open the desired reservation.
Go to the General tab (this tab opens by default).
At the top of the reservation details, you will see the current accommodation and location.
Click Edit next to the accommodation.
In the window that appears, select the desired accommodation or location.
You can optionally search using specific characteristics or mark the selection as a preferred location. This provides more clarity in the planning board.
Confirm the change.
The reservation will be updated immediately with the new information.
Important Information
When you select a different accommodation, the corresponding location is updated automatically.
Changing an accommodation may affect the rates of the reservation.
Only available accommodations and locations are displayed.
