Working with the task management environment

Learn how staff members can log in to the task management environment, complete tasks, and update task statuses within our booking system.

The task management environment provides staff members with an overview of all assigned tasks. From this environment, tasks can be opened, completed, and marked as finished. This ensures that both staff members and administrators always have visibility into which tasks are still pending and which have already been completed.

Logging in to the task management environment

Staff members can log in using the email address and password linked to their user account. After logging in, an overview of all tasks scheduled for that day is displayed automatically.

Opening a task

Click on a task to open it.

Within the task, all information required to complete the work is available, including:

  • The accommodation

  • The task priority

  • The deadline

  • The next upcoming arrival

  • Any notes, checklists, or attachments

Completing a task

When work begins, the staff member can click Start. The task will then receive the status Busy. Once the work has been completed, the staff member can click Done. If required, a note can be added or the checklist can be updated before the task is completed.

Task statuses

Each task has a status that indicates its progress:

  • Open
    The task has been created but has not yet been started.

  • Busy
    A staff member has clicked Start and is currently working on the task.

  • Processed
    The task has been finished and marked as completed.

Visibility for administrators

Within the booking system, administrators can view an overview of all tasks and their associated statuses. This provides a clear overview of which tasks still need to be completed and which tasks have already been finished.
