Within our booking system, you can manually add discounts to a reservation. You can find this in the General tab under the options and surcharges.
This is useful when you want to manually adjust a specific reservation or apply an existing discount code.
There are two ways to add a discount:
By manually adding a discount.
By entering an existing discount code.
Discounts
Under the Discounts tab, you can manually add a discount to the reservation.
Enter the desired discount rule here, for example when you want to grant a one-time discount that only applies to this reservation. The discount will then be included in the reservation's total amount.
Using a Discount Code
Would you like to apply an existing discount? Under the Discount codes tab, you can enter a discount code that was previously created in the settings. If the discount code is valid for the reservation, the discount will be applied automatically.
