When a new season or year begins, you can easily duplicate existing reservations to the annual or seasonal pitch for the following year. This prevents you from having to manually recreate reservations for returning guests.
Steps for duplicating annual or seasonal pitches
Step 1: Create the new annual or seasonal pitch
Go to Settings > Arrangements and discounts > Annual pitches (or Seasonal pitches).
Create the new annual or seasonal pitch for the upcoming year and save it.

Step 2: Link the pitch for the following year
Open the annual or seasonal pitch settings for the current year.
Locate the 'Year place next year' field.
Select the newly created pitch for the upcoming year.
Save the changes.
This tells the system where the reservations should be copied to.
Step 3: Duplicate reservations
Would you like to transfer multiple reservations at once?
Open the annual or seasonal pitch settings for the current year.
Scroll down until you see the Duplicate reservations button.
Select the reservations you want to transfer.
Choose which information should be copied to the new reservations.
Start the duplication process.
Duplicating a single reservation to the next year
Would you like to duplicate only one reservation?
Open the reservation.
Click the arrow next to the Email button in the top-right corner to open the dropdown menu.
Select Duplicate to next year.
The new reservation will be created automatically.
