When you have a payment terminal connected to our booking system, you can start a payment directly from a reservation.
This means you do not have to manually enter the amount on the terminal, and the payment is automatically linked to the reservation.
Processing a payment
Open the reservation.
Click Make payment at the top of the reservation.
Select the desired payment terminal.
Verify the payment amount.
Start the payment.
The payment request will then be sent to the selected terminal, allowing the guest to complete the transaction.
Additional information
The Make payment button is only visible when a payment terminal is connected to our booking system.
The payment is automatically linked to the reservation.
After a successful payment, the transaction is automatically processed within the reservation.
