Managing EasySecure users on a reservation

View and manage EasySecure users within a reservation. Learn which information is available, how synchronization works, and how to lock or remove users.

The EasySecure tab within a reservation allows you to manage users linked to the reservation's access control. Here, you can see who has access, when their access is valid, and whether their data has been successfully synchronized with EasySecure.

What information is available in the EasySecure tab?

The following information is displayed for each user:

  • Name

  • Reference: the unique reference number assigned to the user within the acces control system.

  • Valid from: the date and time when access becomes active. This can be configured in Settings > Hardware > EasySecure.

  • Valid until: the date and time when access automatically expires. This can also be configured in the EasySecure settings.

  • Photo: indicates whether a photo has been linked to the user.

  • Tapkey: displays the status of any Tapkey connection associated with the user.

  • QR-code: indicates whether a QR code is available for the user.

  • Last sync: shows when the user's data was last synchronized with EasySecure.

Available actions

Lock

The lock action temporarily blocks the user's access. A locked user can no longer use any linked access credentials until the lock is removed.

Sync

The sync action sends the most recent user data to EasySecure again. This can be useful after making changes or when synchronization needs to be refreshed.

Remove

The remove action deletes the user from EasySecure. Once removed, the associated acces rights for that user will be revoked.
