Manage CAT cards within a reservation

View and manage acces cards within a reservation. Learn how to manage cards, review transactions, and monitor added credits through the CAT tab.

The CAT tab within a reservation allows you to manage all access cards linked to that reservation. You can also review transactions and check which credits have been added to cards.

Within the CAT tab, you will find three sections: cards, transactions, and credits.

Cards tab

The Cards tab provides an overview of all access cards linked to the reservation.

Disable automatic card creation

At the top of the screen, you can check the option to prevent automatic cards from being created for this reservation. This can be useful when using a different workflow for this reservation.

View and search cards

In the overview, you can see all cards linked to a reservation. Using the search function, you can easily find a specific card. The following actions are available for each card:

  • Print

  • Edit

  • ABP reset - perform this when a card needs to be reinitialized or when there are issues with the card registration.

  • Block

  • Delete

Transactions tab

In the Transactions tab, you will find an overview of all events that have been registered for the access cards within the reservation. Examples include access attempts and door entries.

Credits tab

The Credits tab provides insight into all credits that have been added to cards within the reservation. This is mainly used for cards that work with a top-up system, such as showers, washing machines and dryers.

For each type, you can see which credits have been added, when the top-up took place and how many credits have been made available.
