You can determine the order in which accommodations are displayed in the planning board. This is useful if you want to group specific accommodations, categories, or locations together for a clearer overview.
By adjusting the order, you can organize the planning board in a way that better fits your daily workflow.
Changing the order of cccommodations
Follow the steps below to set the desired order.
Click the arrow next to the Bulk view button and select Adjust order.
Then select Adjust schedule board order.
You can now move accommodations by clicking and holding the three-line handle and dragging the accommodation to the desired position. Save your changes.
Order of units
In addition to the order of accommodations, units are also displayed in a specific order. If you sort units by number, it may be helpful to use a leading zero for numbers below 10, such as 01, 02, 03, and so on.
The booking system sorts units alphabetically. As a result, unit 12 may be displayed before unit 2, because the system treats the numbers as text.
By adding a leading zero to the unit number, the order remains correct and the units will be displayed neatly from lowest to highest in the planning board.
