Using filters in the guest database

Learn how to use the filters in the guest database to quickly find guests based on personal details, reservations, accommodations and more.

The guest database contains all guests who have ever been registered in our booking system. Using the available filters, you can easily find specific guests.

You can use a single filter or combine multiple filters to further refine your search results.

Available filters

Within the guest database, you can find guests in various ways.

Personal details

Use these filters to search based on guest information.

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Postal code

  • Town

  • Phone number

  • Membership number (guest number)

  • Organization name

Guest information

Use these filters to create a selection based on guest characteristics.

  • Host group

  • Guest type: private or business

  • Returning guest: choose whether to view all guests, only returning guests, or only non-returning guests.

Reservation details

Use these filters to search for guests based on their reservations.

  • Package

  • Accommodation category

  • Accommodation

  • Reservation source

Dates

Use these filters to select guests within a specific period.

  • Date from

  • Date to

  • Reference date: reservation date or arrival date

Communication preferences

Use these filters to select guests based on their communication settings.

  • Signed up for the newsletter

  • Signed up for informational messages

Viewing and exporting results

Click View results to view the filtered guest list. From here, you can view and edit guests. You can also select specific guests and edit them in bulk.

You can export the list by clicking the Export button.
