The report compares the maximum number of persons that can stay in an accommodation with the actual number of guests staying there. This helps with capacity planning, rate optimisation, and identifying underutilised accommodations.
You can find this report via Reports > Administrative reports > Occupancy rate persons.
Check the maximum number of persons
For accurate reporting, it is important that the maximum number of persons is correctly configured for each accommodation.
You can check this as follows:
Click Settings next to the desired accommodation.
Check whether the 'Maximum number of persons' field is correctly configured.
Check the location type
The configured location type also affects the accuracy of this report.
You can check this as follows:
Click Settings next to the desired location.
Check whether the 'Location type' field is configured correctly.
