The Reviews report provides an overview of all reviews received through our booking system. You can view, filter, and, if necessary, unpublish reviews.
This report helps you monitor customer feedback and makes review management easier.
You can find this report via Reports > Administrative reports > Reviews.
Filtering reviews
In the section at the top of the screen, you can use various filters to quickly find the reviews you are looking for.
Available filters include:
Period
Accommodation
Language
Public; all reviews, only public reviews, or only non-public reviews
Response; all reviews, reviews with a response, or reviews without a response
Viewing reviews
The overview displays all received reviews. You can use the Export button to create an export of the displayed reviews.
You can open a specific review to view its full content and any responses. To do this, click View next to the review.
Unpublishing a review
If a review should no longer be visible, you can unpublish it. To do this, click the Unpublish button next to the review.
The review is not removed from the system. It remains available within the report and can still be viewed by users with the appropriate permissions. The review will no longer be displayed in the search & book environment.
