The breakfast list provides an overview of all bookings for which breakfast has been reserved.
You can find this report via: Reports > Overview > Breakfast list.
Breakfast list
In the overview, you can see:
Number of guests
Number of nights
Number of breakfasts
Booking number
Guest name
Arrival and departure date
Accommodation and location
Party composition
Any remarks
Using the filters at the top of the page, you can refine the list by, for example, period, accommodation, accommodation category, or location category.
Adding comments to the breakfast list
Would you like to display a remark on the breakfast list, such as an allergy or dietary requirement?
Open the relevant booking and go to the Comments tab. If you use the breakfast list, you will find a separate field here for remarks that should specifically appear on the breakfast list.
Anything entered in this field will automatically appear in the Comments column of the breakfast list.
