Service list

Easily see which service items are required for each booking, such as bed linen, towels, and kitchen towels.

The service list provides an overview of all bookings and the related service items that need to be supplied.

You can find this report via: Reports > Overview > Service list.

In the overview, you can see:

  • Booking number

  • Location

  • Arrival and departure date

  • Maximum number of guests

  • Number of guests

  • Pets

  • Bed linen

  • Towels

  • Kitchen towels

  • Internal booking remarks

Using the filters at the top of the page, you can refine the list for a specific period.

Important: set the kind on the surcharge

To display service items correctly on the service list, it is important that the correct type has been configured for the relevant surcharge.

  1. Go to: Settings > Surcharges > Options and surcharges.

  2. Open the relevant surcharge and go to the General tab.

  3. Check whether the surcharge kind has been selected.

Only surcharges with a configured type will be processed correctly in the service list.
