With the Options and surcharges and Options and surcharges totals reports, you can gain insight into specific options and surcharges that you have configured for reporting.
This is useful, for example, when you want to know which reservations within a certain period have booked a surcharge such as final cleaning, breakfast, bicycle rental, or another additional service.
Options and surcharges report
You can find this report via Reports > Overview > Options and surcharges.
Select the desired period and generate the report. You can display the results based on: arrival date, departure date, or grouped. This allows you, for example, to generate an overview of all reservations departing within a certain period for which a specific surcharge has been booked.
Options and surcharges totals report
You can find this report via Reports > Overview > Options and surcharges totals.
This report does not display individual reservations, but the totals per day. For example, for a selected month, you can see how many times breakfast was booked or how many cleanings need to be carried out. This is useful for planning, purchasing, and staff scheduling.
Required settings
Only options and surcharges that have been configured for reporting are included in these reports. You can do this as follows:
Open the relevant surcharge and go to the Report tab.
Enable one of the following options:
'Show in the reporting options and surcharges.'
'Display in the reporting options and surcharges totals.'
Choose how the surcharge should be reported and save your changes.
