The Reservations and Reservations per source reports provide insight into the number of reservations made within a selected period.
You can also analyze which booking sources generated reservations and how occupancy is developing over time.
You can find these reports via:
Available filters
Both reports offer the same filtering options:
Year, month, reference date, accommodation category, place category and accommodations.
These filters allow you to view the results more specifically.
Reservations report
The Reservations report displays a chart showing the number of reservations made during the selected period.
In addition, you can see:
The number of occupied days
The maximum number of available days
The ratio between occupied days and available days
This provides a quick overview of occupancy levels and accommodation performance.
Reservations per source report
The Reservations per source report shows which booking sources generated reservations.
For each booking source, you can see how many reservations were created, making it easy to analyze which booking channels contribute most to your reservations.
This helps you monitor the performance of different sales and booking channels.
