Using CAT reports

View and manage CAT cards through the CAT reports. Learn how to create batch cards, review log files, and find existing cards.

When your account is connected to CAT, the CAT reports automatically become available within our booking system.

These reports allow you to create CAT cards, monitor processing results, and view existing cards.

You can find these reports via: Reporting > CAT.

Within this module, three reports are available:

  • Batch Cards

  • Batch Log

  • Card Overview

Batch cards

The Batch cards report allows you to select reservations for which you want to create CAT cards using various filters.

By applying the desired filters, you can easily generate multiple cards at the same time.

This is especially useful when you need to create cards for a large group of reservations in a single action.

Batch log

The Batch log provides an overview of all batch processes within a selected period.

Each process displays a status, allowing you to immediately see whether the card creation was successful.

The following statuses are used:

  • Green: Successfully processed

  • Orange: Processing failed

  • Red: Processing stopped

This makes it easy to identify issues and verify which cards were or were not created successfully.

Overview cards

The Overview cards report displays all CAT cards that have been created within the system.

To quickly find a specific card, you can filter by:

  • Period, card type, reservation number, card number, license plate.

This allows you to easily search for cards and verify which cards have been issued.
